Gift Cards Update

As of December 11th 2024, new gift cards are temporarily unavailable for purchase due to a system upgrade. However, any previously purchased gift cards remain active and ready to use! We're aiming to have new gift cards available again in 2025. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

To check your card balance or recent activity, Call (within Canada) 800-755-8608 or go online at getmybalance.com. You will require the 16-digit card number and 6-digit security code shown on your card.

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and debit is accepted.

The FUNDS on your Gift Card never expire. However, the physical card plastic does. The date the card plastic expires is listed on the back of the card. If your card plastic expires, please call customer service at 780-467-7766 to get a replacement card and have the existing funds transferred to your new card.

Notify Customer Service as soon as possible. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original gift card receipt), and the corresponding gift card number. Please note that if the card is lost or stolen there is the possibility of the card being used by someone other than yourself. We are not able to restore funds to the Gift Card at any time.

Depending on the retailer’s return policy, merchants will give store credit for returns or the funds can be credited back onto your original gift card.
