Gift Cards

Simply scan the QR code on your card using your mobile phone’s camera to be taken directly to getmybalance.com, where you can view all your card details, including your current balance.
Alternatively, you can check your balance or recent activity by calling 1-800-755-8608 (within Canada) or by visiting getmybalance.com. Please have your 16-digit card number and 6-digit security code, both shown on your card, ready.

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and debit is accepted.

The FUNDS on your Gift Card never expire. However, the physical card plastic does. The date the card plastic expires is listed on the back of the card. If your card plastic expires, please call customer service at 780-467-7766 to get a replacement card and have the existing funds transferred to your new card.

Notify Customer Service as soon as possible. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original gift card receipt), and the corresponding gift card number. Please note that if the card is lost or stolen there is the possibility of the card being used by someone other than yourself. We are not able to restore funds to the Gift Card at any time.

Depending on the retailer’s return policy, merchants will give store credit for returns or the funds can be credited back onto your original gift card.
